At Bamboo Pilates, our sessions are individually designed for you, whether your need is improved strength, flexibility, relief from neck tension, or relief from chronic pain.  While our primary modality is Pilates we access our range of experience and education to meet your goals.  Our sessions are influenced by our instructors' backgrounds which span from dance and yoga therapy to craniosacral therapy.  We structure your sessions so that over time you are gaining greater strength, flexibility, ease of movement and overall comfort in your body.
