April 25th – Passion Yoga with Julie Schwartz

Bring fulfillment and ease to your yoga practice and life. Join Julie Schwartz, a spirited and nurturing Life Coach and yoga teacher, as she guides you through an empowering morning of coaching, journaling and a unique 90-minute yoga class. This workshop is designed to encourage the discovery of your true self, essence and passion. Come ready to explore, play and deepen your emotional, physical, and spiritual connection to your yoga practice and your true self. All levels welcome.

May 1 – Meditation Workshop with Zat
3:00 - 6:00, $30
This workshop is designed to help you become comfortable with stillness and create an awareness of the rhythms of the Self. You will also learn how to dissolve tensions in a state of rest, a simple state of being. Experience the use of postures, meditation, sound and breath that awaken the mind and train the body.

May 16th – Yoga for Hips and Knees with Cathy Rogers-Evans

1:00 - 3:30, $30 (introductory price)
This course is the perfect introduction to the method of yoga systemized by Yogacharya Sri B.K.S. Iyengar. You will discover how to develop a fit and supple body through the practice of postures and relaxation. Cathy will clearly instruct you through exercises that will tone your muscles, stimulate your circulation, and improve your overall health.
The exercises (Asanas) in this class will be carefully selected for beginners.
