Yoga with Cathy Rogers Evans Monday 9.30a.m. /Wednesday 9.30a.m. /Friday 3.00

All Levels.Beginners. Suitable for all levels of student. Beginners are
welcome.A wide range of postures, breathing and relaxation will be taught
in the method of B.K.S.Iyengar.
Saturday 9a.m General Class For students with previous experience of yoga who are ready to expand and deepen their practice with a more vigorous class. A class in the method of B.K.S.Iyengar.
Saturday 10.45-12.00 noon Yoga Essentials. All Levels. This is an Iyengar class in which a beginning range of postures are presented.Cathy will enable you to adapt the poses to your level according to your ability.
ASHTANGA YOGA with Bonnie This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures-a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
FLOW YOGA with Laura Plumb, Vinyasa (flow) Yoga that energizes the body, stills the mind and opens the heart. Her classes are a meditation in motion, bringing us into the silence of own true nature. If you desire greater strength, energy and inner peace, Laurašs yoga class is the sanctuary you have been seeking. Saturday morning classes invigorate and center you for the day.
FLOW YOGA with Laura Downing/ Gretchen Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links the postures together in coordination with the breath. Derived from the Ashtanga yoga tradition, the series of poses becomes a moving meditation. This is a challenging class that builds strength as well as flexibility, creates openness in all areas of the body and gives one a sense of relaxation and well-being.Variations can be made to accommodate all levels of students.
FUSION YOGA with Jerome This class begins with a short guided meditation and from that deep awareness we expand and deepen the experience through a fusion of various yoga styles: hatha, vinyasa, tai yoga and others. The intention is to breath, move, stretch and strengthen, release and relax at the core of our Being, at the level of intensity that satisfies the soul.
Restorative Yoga with Avalon/ Surya A gentle method to stimulate and soothe the body & mind. This class is done primarily seated or while lying down. Restorative Yoga, like all yoga, calms the nervous system and promotes and improves overall well being.
Mat Pilates with Sarah, Gloria, Frank: Mat Pilates offers a gentle, relaxing way to killer abs. Pilates also strengthens your back muscles, virtually eliminating lower back pain. Through a series of exercises that target your deep stabilizer muscles, Pilates improves your balance and your posture. It also enhances your performance in other activities, making you less prone to injury. The exercises are easy to learn. They do not require extraordinary flexibility or strength. You need only take one class a week. Of course you will see results faster if you come more often. Pilates combined with a regular yoga practice is powerful way to a leaner, stronger body.
Svaroopa YOGA with Avalon: Translates as "the bliss of your own being." A gentle, compassionate style of yoga that is recognized for promoting healing in the body, as well as release of stress and deep tension. Avalon will guide her students into experiencing deep levels of meditation, creating a true sense of spiritual connection. All levels of students will benefit greatly from this class.
